About Salon Metaxa
Salon Metaxa is a full service salon and day spa with two locations in the Charlotte area: Cornelius and Mooresville. You'll find the same excellent service and relaxed atmosphere in both locations.
Salon Metaxa offers a full range of salon services including cut, color, and styling. Our experienced stylists are all trained in the latest techniques and products.
Salon Metaxa also offers a full range of spa treatments such as manicures and waxing. Spa services vary by location, so please check the spa menus for each location for specifics.
Salon Metaxa was founded by Kitsa Metaxatos in 1995 in Mooresville, North Carolina. After almost ten successful years serving Mooresville, Salon Metaxa opened a second salon in Cornelius.
